A quick and effective way to make dulce de leche. You can use it for pouring into pancakes, as cake fillings or to stuff cookies.

Ingredients
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14oz/395g)
Instructions
- On the bottom of a Instant Pot, place a can of sweetened condensed milk and cover with enough water to have 1-2 inches of water above the can.
- Close the Instant Pot and let it cook on high for 15 minutes for a pourable consistency, 30 minutes for a spreadable consistency or 45 minutes for a firm consistency.
- Let the pressure release naturally, then remove the can from the pot.
- Let the can cool completely before opening. Once opened, keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
