My baking journey started when I was 8 years old and baked my first layered cake. I loved how I was able to create such a delicious treat using my two hands and a few ingredients that we always had in the pantry.
A few years later, IÂ studied food science in university and moved to Paris to specialize in pastries and desserts. I've worked for over ten years in the food and beverage industry from intern to quality manager and from baking assistant to pastry chef.
These experiences have made me a well-rounded baking expert with both business and hands-on experience. This expertise is something I share with fellow bakers to bring them empowerment and confidence to consistently achieve their baking goals.
